Our Favorite Whole30 Breakfast!

What did you eat for breakfast this morning? Nothing?
Cereal?
Granola Bar? Protein Bar?
Eggs?
Whatever the case, I hear that you're bored with it or not happy with how it makes you feel.

Why don't we change that?

Today I want to share with you why we do Whole30 twice a year and what our favorite Whole30 breakfast is!

What is one hard thing you’ve done in your life that was so worth it in the end? Our family has decided that it just makes sense to us to take more time with our daily health habits NOW so we can increase our likelihood of a longer, more vibrant life.

One way we do that is by RESETing our habits a few times every year. We do this by using an accountability group, shift in our meal plan, as well as essential oils and supplements - it's 30 days of saying "yes" to whole, unprocessed foods and "no" to inflammatory foods like grains, dairy, legumes, and sugar. It's something we do as a family.

Is it hard? Some would say yes, but we say that there are so many harder things like losing a loved one. The Millers - we do hard things and those hard things are so worth it.

Okay, let’s talk about our favorite breakfast!

This breakfast is so yummy, you may end up like us and enjoying it year round.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Dash vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk, (Make this recipe dairy-free by using unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk)

Combine ingredients in blender, cover, and refrigerate. If your banana was very ripe, you won't need any additional sweetener. Makes 1-2 bowls of pudding.
The next morning, add your favorite toppings:
Unsweetened Cocoa powder (1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon), Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Flaxseed, Fresh Coconut, Raisins.

If you want to purchase these items and have them delivered right to your door you can buy them at Thrive! (Your first order is 30% off through our link).
Azure Standard is another great option we have used for over ten years across the country! Find better food for your family, for less.

So... what do you think? Will you try this? I would love to hear what you think if you do!
