Tropical Fruit Dip
2 cans full-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 drop dōTERRA Tropical Cuisine Blend
Pinch of sea salt
¾ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Put your cans of full-fat coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
- Mix until creamy.
- Once creamy, add in 2 tablespoons of local honey.
- Add 1-2 drops of doTERRA Tropical Cuisine blend and a pinch of salt.
- Mix and enjoy!
Tropical Chicken Salad
2 cups of organic chicken, shredded
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced (approximately 6 cloves)
2 tablespoons pickled ginger, chopped
2 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 cup organic mayonnaise
3-4 drops, dōTERRA Tropical Cuisine Blend
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cup crushed pineapple, strained
4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with fresh bread or your favorite crackers!
