If you haven't had a bad day before, then you aren't a parent. We know that being successful depends on bouncing back after adversity and challenges, but PRACTICALLY, what can you do to keep going when you don't want to get out of bed?

Before we begin I'm going to grab my bottle of dōTERRA's Passion Essential Oil blend. This is one of the blends in your incredible emotions kit. As you may have guessed already, the oil is all about Passion. I like to put it on to give me a little boost, or before I'm going to do something that will require a little extra... well, passion.



I'm all about simplifying things.
