How to Make a Great Smoothie (+Upgrade it with Superfoods)

DIY Smoothie Recipe (1 serving):


- Liquid - 1/2 cup (Suggestions: filtered water, almond milk, coconut milk, coconut water)

- Fruit & Veggies (Fresh or Frozen) - 60 % Greens (Suggestions: kale, spinach, dandelion, cucumber, swiss chard, beet tops, zucchini) 40% Fruit (Suggestions: apples, pear, cherries, plums, blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, blackberries, raspberries, avocado)

- Proteins - 1 Tbsp (Suggestions: flax seeds, chia seeds, sprouted watermelon seeds, hemp hearts)

- Fermentation Bonus - 1 Tbsp (Suggestions: unsweetened kefir, kombucha, beet kvass) You can find these items at bit.ly/shopazureIce


Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed above for best blending. Blend and enjoy. Change out your choices each time you make a smoothie our bodies enjoy change!!
