The other day I got a craving for one of those as I was remembering how yummy it was. However, I know that most store-bought items contain lots on NONREAL stuff…. and I’m all about REAL stuff. Real emotions. Real relationships. Real FOOD & drinks. 😃

Let's get started! Here are your ingredients:
3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk (add coconut cream to make it thicker & creamier!)
1 can canned organic mandarins or 4 clementines
2 pitted dates, softened
1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen
1/4 of an avocado
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
