Here’s your checklist:

  • Diffuse 3–5 drops of lavender 30 minutes before bedtime.

This is one of my favorite uses for essential oils - sleep support! I love rubbing Peace roll on behind my ears before bedtime. Then, I like to use Whisper on my chest and neck. ❓️How do I pick the oils that work best for me?

This is where the iTOVI comes in.
